I am a deep tissue therapist that works with you to resolve any aches, pains, and/or injuries you’re experiencing. My goal is to guide the body into a deep state of relaxation to allow space for recovery from whatever ailments you may have.
Now, contrary to common belief, deep tissue does not equate to pain. This is a common misconception! Soreness within 24-48hrs is normal (doesn’t always occur), but the session is more about guiding the muscles back to their original state of being.
In order to accomplish this, I mix all of my knowledge into my sessions. With 5 years of education, (Associates in health sciences and 6 trimesters at the NY College of Health Professions) I have a deep understanding of anatomy and have also been trained in:
Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Medical Massage, and Cupping Therapy.
